Belvoir Castle Pick Sky Lanterns

Belvoir Castle will be having a Fireworks show this Saturday set against the impressive back drop.
For the second year in a go MLE Pyrotechnics is holding the show in the grounds of the Duke of Rutland’s family house with the crowds together acting as judges.

One of the organisers Vanessa Lawrence, said: “It’s a pretty venue where we genuinely enjoy putting on an event. The fireworks are all set off from behind the lake and are reflected in the water.”

3 companies from around the nation will stimulate visitors with their impressive shows to try and be ruled the greatest

The firms are Celebration Fireworks from Evesham, Pyromania Displays, Knaphill in Surrey and Spyrotechnics from Chesterfield a 10 or 15 min show with music will be show but that isn’t the end of it

prior to the contest there will be a demonstration to learn about the different types of pyrotechnics and view how grand presentations that pulse to the music can be made by the team

And while guests vote the nite will be rounded off by a spectacular pyro-musical display by the organisers.

With origins in 2002 this annual event, Is showing to be immensely successful. The 3 lead professional firework companies selected for this year’s display have gained many important titles between them including the British Champions, British Musical Champions and Firework Champions.

And it’s not just fireworks with a Khoom Fay or Sky Lanterns release when the sky will be full with beautiful oriental sky lanterns that softly float into the distance.

Parking and camping is of avail on site and from 5pm visitors can turn up so take a picnic or relish the solid food and drink accessible from accredited vendors while relaxing in the fine-looking grounds of Belvoir Castle.
